Art & Yoga
Experience mindfulness through art (2.5h)
During this tour we visit an art space or artist studio, where we experience art in a new and unexpected manner. After an explanation of the artworks that surround us, we start the introductory yoga session for all levels. This activity is focused on mindfulness and stress relief for the body, and is a relaxing bonding experience for the team. Afterwards we’ll discuss the links between art, yoga and mindfulness, and how these can stimulate creativity and productivity.
